Kleban Byk 2007

Unique flora and fauna, the land where ancient tribes of Scythians and Sarmats used to live, bottom of an ancient sea and petrified trees. All this, and a lot more, is Regional Landscape Park “Kleban-Byk”. The workcamp in Kleban-Byk is life in tents, cooking on the fire, evening songs at the campfire, visiting salt mines in Soledar and champagne factory in Artemovsk, excursion to one of the biggest cities of Ukraine – Donetsk. Here you can combine useful volunteer work on cleaning up the territory of the park, improving the territory, and active time in the nature – rides on the boat on the water reservoir of Kleban-Byk or walking in the forest. In Kleban-Byk workcamp you can try yourself in wild nature, learn about life realities of Ukraine and make friends with people from other countries. And – most important – feel yourself as one with the nature, which we can protect, it is in our power.
